Refund policy

At Outta Pocket Wear, each item is made to order. Because our products are custom printed specifically for you, we have outlined the following policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both our customers and our team.

1. Order Processing & Changes

All orders enter production within 24 hours of being placed. Once production begins, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

If you need to modify your order (including size, color, design, or shipping details), you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will gladly make adjustments if your order has not yet entered production.

After the 24-hour window, we are unable to guarantee changes.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If we make a mistake or your item arrives damaged, we will make it right.

This includes:

  • Receiving the wrong size

  • Receiving the wrong color

  • Receiving the wrong design

  • Receiving a damaged or defective item

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost

     or

  • A full refund

We do not require returns for damaged or incorrect items unless specifically requested.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Because each product is made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Ordering the wrong size (please check size charts carefully)

  • Changing your mind after production begins

  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
